Job summary

FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B Management Trainee to learn operations across multiple locations in Singapore. You will train in kitchen duties and front-line service, handling both customer-facing tasks and back-end preparation.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/public holidays and to adapt to fast-paced service environments, with OJT in recipes, quality control, and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field.
• Willing to train in kitchen duties and front-line service.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes.
• Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness at workstation and follow health/sanitation regulations.
• Prepare for opening and closing of shop.
• Weekly/monthly inventory reporting.
