Job summary

Republic of Singapore Yacht Club is seeking an F&B Administrator to help drive food & beverage revenues and provide backend administrative excellence. You will manage inbound dining and event enquiries, optimize reservations, coordinate club promotions, and deliver executive administrative support to the F&B department.

Qualifications

• ITE Higher Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales support, coordination, or guest relations capacity within a hotel, country club, or catering environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills with a polished interpersonal approach suited for premium member environments.
• Strong organisational skills with a proven capacity to multitask, prioritise high workloads, and meet tight deadlines seamlessly.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and capable of operating both independently and across cross-functional teams.
