Job summary

Hollandse Club in Singapore seeks an F&B Supervisor to oversee day-to-day service across outlets (70%) and support banquet and events (30%). The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences for members and guests.

You will lead F&B staff, coordinate with the kitchen and events teams, ensure service standards, cleanliness, and smooth operations during peak periods and events.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and guest experience.
• Ability to coordinate between outlets and events.

Responsibilities

• Member Experience & Service: Nurse and guide guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail in F&B outlets.
• Banquet & Event Support: Assist planning, coordinating, and supervising banquet services with kitchen and events teams.
• Operational Efficiency & Cleanliness: Supervise setup, maintain cleanliness, monitor table settings and service flow.
• Teamwork & Communication: Lead and motivate staff, participate in briefings, and communicate service concerns to supervisors.
