Republic of Singapore Yacht Club (RSYC) in Singapore seeks a proactive F&B Sales Administrator to drive revenue from dining and events while handling backend admin. You will manage inbound enquiries, optimize reservations, and support the F&B team.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales support or guest relations, familiarity with POS and MS Office, and excellent communication for premium member and corporate client service within a private club environment.

Competenze

• Education: ITE Higher Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales support, coordination, or guest relations in hotel, country club, or catering environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interpersonal Qualities: Good written and verbal communication for premium member environments.
• Execution Excellence: Strong organisational skills, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
• Traits: Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

• Sales Performance & Account Management: meet revenue targets for F&B, banqueting, and events.
• Reservation Management & Operational Support: manage high-profile reservations, VIPs, dietary needs, and kitchen notes.
• Marketing & Promotions Coordination: support seasonal F&B promotions and events; maintain notice boards and displays.
• Secretarial & Compliance Administration: organise logistics for F&B sub-committee meetings; maintain documentation and licenses.
