Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare duty schedules based on business forecast to ensure smooth operation.
• Supervise bar staff and maintain high service standards for beverages.
• Maintain security of operating equipment and stock in bar areas.
• Perform regular inventories of beverage and operating equipment.
• Control bar stocks and implement effective stock procedures.
• Prepare mise en place for all bar operations according to daily forecast.
• Assist in training and development of bar staff to meet club standards.
• Seat Members and guests and provide Food and Beverage service.
• Prepare table and buffet setups and ensure all service equipment is ready.
