Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years in F&B, strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. A 6-day work week with attendance bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the F&B industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Be well-informed in administrative matters of tenants.
• Conduct daily sales and audit checks.
• Provide on-job training and plan duty rosters.
• Ensure outlets adhere to hygiene SOPs.
• Ensure outlet maintenance.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory stock checks.
• Report customers' preferences to Head.
