Job summary

Food Republic Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure compliance with company standards across stalls and mini restaurants.

The role requires at least five years in the F&B industry, strong communication, and the ability to speak Mandarin. The successful candidate will work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and will prepare daily and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in F&B industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of outlet’s costs, profits & losses.
• Develop sales targets with strategies and monitor sales performance of stalls & mini restaurants; perform cost control.
• Source new tenants and handle new stall set up process.
• Uphold company rules and regulations.
• Provide assistance on requests/queries from tenants, customers and cleaners.
• Conduct routine outlet hygiene checks and inventory checks.
• Maintain outlet esthetics (food/stall display).
• Serve as point-of-contact for external contractors or suppliers.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on outlet operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
