Job summary

GHK 407 FOOD HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations and manage manpower in a fast-paced F&B environment.

You will ensure health, hygiene and statutory compliance while supporting sales and operational reporting to drive business efficiency. Key responsibilities include executing daily tasks, recruiting, training and coaching staff, enforcing SOPs, and preparing sales and operations reports for the Main Office.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication and teamwork.
• Demonstrated leadership to guide and motivate operational teams.
• Willingness to work six days per week on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Maintain a responsible and positive working attitude.
• Five years of relevant F&B industry experience, including five in management.
• Minimum O Level qualification or WSQ Advanced Certificate in F&B Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks to maintain smooth business functions
• Manage manpower by recruiting, training, and coaching staff to optimize daily operations
• Enforce compliance with health, hygiene, tobacco, liquor, and statutory laws by identifying and rectifying non-compliance issues
• Ensure adherence to Company SOPs to maintain operational consistency
• Document and prepare sales and operations reports accurately for submission to the Main Office
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support business needs
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance to uphold company image
