SELECT GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations Manager to lead our hawker joint venture brands, driving revenue while controlling costs and maintaining hygiene standards. You will manage an operations team and partner with management to align with strategic goals.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 8 years in F&B, and a hands-on approach to improve service quality, staff development, and compliance with food safety standards. Six days work week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in F&B operations
• 3+ years in a managerial role in a food court
• Strong business sense and analytical skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach and drive results

Responsabilités

• Oversee business operations and financial planning for the unit
• Drive sales, optimise profitability and manage costs
• Lead staff hiring, training, performance and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with F&B hygiene policies and standards
• Develop managers and high-potential employees
• Lead innovation and manage change within the unit
