The role requires a recognised bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience in food service operations or restaurant management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; documentary proof must be provided.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in food service operations or restaurant management.
• Proven ability to manage operations across kitchen and service teams.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, sales analysis, cost control, and profit‑and‑loss management.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, inventory control, and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to meet business requirements and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily food service operations.
• Develop and implement SOPs and service standards.
• Coordinate front‑of‑house with kitchen production and service teams.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to boost productivity and service quality.
• Forecast staffing and manage manpower planning and rosters.
• Prepare budgets and monitor costs and profitability.
• Maintain food quality and safety standards across all outlets.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore food regulations and licensing requirements.
• Prepare management reports and strategic plans.
