Job summary

TOTAL MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.

You will lead front-of-house teams, coordinate with kitchen and field teams, monitor KPIs, drive sales, and ensure food safety and SOP compliance across outlets in Singapore. The role emphasizes staff development, operational improvements, and reliable reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the service and operations team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, deployment, attendance, and operational coverage.
• Monitor outlet sales, productivity, operating costs, and KPIs.
• Drive sales and revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and SOPs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and implement appropriate follow-up actions.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock control, wastage, and cost management.
• Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure efficient coordination between front and back of house.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Prepare and review operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the management team in implementing new initiatives, promotions, events, and business strategies.
• Assist with outlet opening and closing procedures and ensure proper cash and operational controls.
• Perform other operational duties and projects as assigned by management.
