Job summary

HRR Consultancy PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support daily F&B activities and staff coordination. You will assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations, supervise employees, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

You will monitor attendance, performance, and productivity, ensure compliance with safety and company policies, handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and assist in scheduling shifts and coordinating assignments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the F&B industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and staff activities.
