Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. is seeking an F&B Operations Executive to supervise front-of-house teams, uphold service standards, and deliver an elevated guest dining experience. The role focuses on team development, operational efficiency, and high-quality food and beverage service.

You will coach staff, engage guests, curate wine pairings, manage transactions, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or QSR environments.
• WSET certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train front-of-house team to uphold service standards.
• Engage guests while serving food and beverages.
• Assist in development and curation of the wine list, including wine pairing, recommendations, and decanting.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor service flow, stock replenishment, and cleanliness of service areas.
