Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multiple restaurant operations (USS, SGO, ACW) delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue and ensuring profitability.

You will oversee service standards, develop F&B processes, manage daily operations, coach teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to uphold brand hospitality standards while maintaining financial performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Experience in QSR, Hotel or Attractions is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct, implement and uphold service and management philosophy for exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and maintain F&B service processes to ensure consistency.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Develop and execute business and financial plans for revenue and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, costs and expenses to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Section Chefs for pre-planning and event execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue streams and market positioning.
• Lead, train and develop the team; foster engagement and performance.
• Demonstrate resilience and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.
