Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd is seeking an F&B Operations Executive to supervise front-of-house teams and uphold service standards in a fast-paced resort environment. You will support team development, drive operational efficiency, and deliver elevated guest dining experiences.

The role involves wine list curation, staff coaching, and ensuring smooth service flow across outlets, with emphasis on guest engagement and exemplary cash handling.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B or Hospitality Management is required.
• Preferably 5+ years in hospitality/QSR environments with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• WSET certification is an advantage.
• Ability to manage high-volume operations and lead service teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train front-of-house teams to maintain service standards.
• Provide excellent guest engagement while serving food and beverages.
• Assist in wine list development, wine pairing, and decanting.
• Operate cash registers and ensure accurate daily records.
• Support service flow, stock replenishment, and cleanliness of areas.
• Assist with recruitment and administrative tasks.
• Address guest inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in daily briefings and training to ensure consistent service.
