Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional certificate or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 2–3 years in hospitality with leadership experience.
• Proficient in English; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and targets for the outlet.
• Forecasts sales, covers and payroll costs with the manager.
• Leads the service team to maintain high standards.
• Ensures cleanliness, grooming and safety across shifts.
• Drives marketing, promotions and revenue management.
