Job summary

The Garcha Group in Singapore operates a premier boutique hotel collection and its restaurants and bars. The role leads daily restaurant operations, ensures top service standards, and drives sales with a hands-on leadership style.

You will mentor staff, manage costs, and partner with the manager on marketing initiatives. This is a senior F&B leadership position within a Marriott-affiliated setting, based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in F&B operations within a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and training skills with a track record of developing staff.
• Ability to forecast sales, allocate staff and manage payroll costs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations and achieves targets.
• Forecasts sales, covers and payroll; ensures adequate staffing.
• Supervises staff and assigns responsibilities to match skills.
• Ensures adherence to hotel standards and timely delivery of services.
• Maintains food, beverage, and service quality above all else.
• Leads team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
• Provides guest-centric service and builds loyal guest relationships.
