Job summary

The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group, seeks a dynamic restaurant and operations leader to oversee daily F&B and service quality across its venues. You will work closely with the manager to forecast demand, staffing, and costs, while maintaining high standards of guest experience.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, coaching teams, ensuring safety and hygiene, and driving guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and targeted promotions.

Qualifications

• Professional certificate/NITEC or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of relevant hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient in English; able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and achieves targets.
• Forecasts sales, covers and payroll costs with the manager.
• Manages staffing and assigns duties to supervisors.
• Ensures all duties meet hotel standards and policies.
• Maintains consistent quality of food, beverage and service.
