Job summary

The Garcha Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Outlet Manager to oversee daily F&B operations across our boutique hotels. You will lead service teams, ensure adherence to brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading food & beverage service teams in a hotel environment.
• Strong guest service focus with mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Ability to forecast sales, manage payroll and staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts sales, covers and payroll costs with the manager.
• Supervises daily operations and ensures adequate staffing.
• Assigns duties to supervisors based on strengths.
