Job summary

The Garcha Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B operations leader to supervise daily outlet service and guest experience across its boutique hotels. You will oversee service standards, drive efficiency, and ensure a seamless guest journey in a hospitality environment.

As part of the Garcha Group, you will manage beverage and food service, mentor staff, and collaborate with other departments to maintain high-quality hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service preferred.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service by delivering high standards of F&B service in line with brand and culture.
• Oversee daily F&B operations for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Maintain knowledge of menus to provide recommendations and enhance guest experience.
• Ensure orders are accurately recorded in POS and reflected in billing.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure timely and accurate delivery of beverages and food.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
