Job summary

LUXE CATERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations supervisor to coordinate daily catering event activities and lead the service and operations teams. You will ensure safe and compliant service, and work closely with kitchen and sales to deliver seamless client experiences.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and a willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. A Class 3 driving license is a bonus.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the service and operations team to deliver excellent customer experiences at catering events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating standards.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and implement appropriate follow-up actions.
• Work closely with the kitchen and sales teams to ensure efficient coordination between clients and back of house at catering events.
• Perform Other operational duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license (bonus/optional)
