Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead, coordinate, and motivate front-of-house staff during shifts
Ensure service standards, hygiene, safety, and company policies are consistently followed
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management to maintain service quality and flow
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Oversee opening, closing, and shift handover procedures
Monitor inventory usage and report operational issues to management
Support management in achieving operational and service objectives
