Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an F&B Catering Operations Executive to coordinate equipment delivery and setup across Singapore.

You will manage the full delivery cycle from order coordination through to on-site setup and collection, ensuring proper handling and maintenance of catering equipment. You will adhere to delivery schedules, coordinate with sales before delivery, load/unload equipment, and handle on-site setup, events, and post-delivery cleanup, with emphasis on hygiene

Qualifications

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering equipment delivery and setup across island-wide locations.
• Manage the full delivery cycle from order coordination through to on-site setup and collection.
• Adhere to schedule of delivery orders.
• Coordinate with salesperson on customer's order before delivery.
• Load and unload catering equipment into delivery vehicle.
• Deliver and collect to island-wide catering places.
• Liaise with customer during on-site setup requirements.
• Organise set-up and clean-up after each delivery such as events.
• Inventory control for catering equipment used for order collection.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the delivery vehicle.
• Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.

• Working Days: 5.5 days
• Working Timing: According to roster schedule, 8 hours per day
• Location: Food Xchange @ Admiralty (Sembawang)

About the role

This role involves coordinating catering equipment delivery and setup across island-wide locations. You will manage the full delivery cycle from order coordination through to on-site setup and collection, ensuring all catering equipment is properly handled and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to schedule of delivery orders

• Coordinate with salesperson on customer's order before delivery

• Proper loading and unloading of catering equipment into delivery vehicle

• Delivery and collection to island wide catering places

• Liaise with customer during on-site setup requirement

• Organise set-up and clean-up after each delivery such as cocktail events, buffet reception, seminar events

• Inventory control for catering equipment used for upon collection of order

• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for assigned delivery vehicle

• Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

• Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager
