LUXE CATERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a delivery specialist to coordinate equipment delivery and on-site setup across Singapore. You will manage the full delivery cycle from order coordination through to collection, ensuring equipment is handled safely and maintained to hygiene standards.

You will liaise with sales and clients, load and unload equipment, and ensure timely deliveries with shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients.
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to schedule of delivery orders.
• Coordinate with sales on customer orders before delivery.
• Load and unload catering equipment safely.
• Deliver and collect equipment island-wide.
• Liaise with customers during on-site setup.
• Set up and clean up after events (cocktail, buffet, seminars).
• Inventory control for equipment used for upon collection of order.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and basic service.
• Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Operation Manager.

About the role

This role involves coordinating catering equipment delivery and setup across island-wide locations. You will manage the full delivery cycle from order coordination through to on-site setup and collection, ensuring all catering equipment is properly handled and maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to schedule of delivery orders
• Coordinate with sales person on customer's order before delivery
• Proper loading and unloading of catering equipment into delivery vehicle
• Delivery and collection to island wide catering places
• Liaise with customer during on-site setup requirement
• Organise set-up and clean-up after each delivery such as cocktail events, buffet reception, seminar events
• Inventory control for catering equipment used for upon collection of order
• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for assigned delivery vehicle
• Understand and comply with mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager

About you
