Eat 3 Bowls Pte Ltd invites applications for a Management Trainee to join our fast-growing F&B brand across Singapore. You will learn operations, kitchen prep and front-of-house roles while supporting daily restaurant activities and taking on increasing responsibilities across outlets islandwide.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to standard recipes
• Prepare ready-to-eat food items
• Portion, assembly and package menu items
• Manage inventory (receiving stock, storage, ensuring sufficient supplies)
• Support Cook/Senior Cook, Managers and Supervisors in daily operations and process improvements
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, equipment, and dining areas
• Provide frontline customer service (greeting customers, recommending menu items)
• Handle cashier duties (processing payments, refunds, loyalty programmes)
• Pack food and beverages for takeaway and delivery orders
