Job summary

Trainees will learn through structured training and gradually take on supervisory responsibilities as they progress. Participants will support staff scheduling, inventory checks, and daily performance monitoring while learning to maintain service quality, hygiene, and cost control in fast-paced outlets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business Management, F&B Management or related fields preferred.
• Strong interest in developing a career in F&B management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and handle operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training across F&B operations, including service, kitchen coordination, cashiering and daily outlet operations.
• Learn and assist in managing day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Support outlet managers in staff scheduling, attendance, manpower allocation and daily task assignments.
• Assist in monitoring service quality, food quality, hygiene and outlet cleanliness.
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving operational issues professionally.
• Assist with stock control, inventory checks, ordering and wastage monitoring.
• Learn and monitor daily sales, costs, expenses and basic outlet performance.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety requirements and workplace regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new outlet staff.
• Prepare basic operational reports and provide feedback on outlet performance and improvement areas.
• Take on increasing responsibilities as part of the management development programme.
• Be prepared to work at different outlets when required for training and operational support.
