Job summary

SELECT GROUP PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Inventory & Procurement Specialist to manage stock control, supplier coordination, and system maintenance. You will ensure accurate inventory movement, execute timely replenishments, and train teams on SOPs across the F&B network.

applicants should have 3–5 years in inventory or procurement, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Halal and HACCP standards. This role supports efficient kitchen and outlet operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, procurement systems or stock management in F&B or hospitality.
• Experience with POS/ERP integration and data systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inventory control cycle from receiving to reconciliation.
• Maintain and audit stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock.
• Coordinate procurement to ensure timely replenishments and supplier performance.
• Analyze procurement trends and generate reports for cost control and forecasting.
• Train operational teams on inventory SOPs and system usage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, Halal, and SFA guidelines.
