Job summary

FENG SHENG GROUP (F&B) PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B Manager with 3+ years of experience to oversee daily operations across our outlets in Singapore.

You will manage procurement, inventory control, and basic cashiering tasks while leading a team of 10+ staff and maintaining excellent customer relations. The role requires strong leadership, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle customer requests, complaints, and staff conflicts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of F&B management experience.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations and inventory.
• Willingness to learn basic cashiering skills.
• Strong leadership to manage 10+ staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets.
• Procurement of goods and inventory control management.
• Learn and apply basic cashiering duties as needed.
• Lead a team of 10+ staff and conduct monthly target setting.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with solution-focused actions.
• Ensure staff training on SOP and language use.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and assist during manpower shortages.
• Manage supplier relationships and daily stock levels.
• Prepare and review monthly sales reports and targets.
