Job summary

tin box group singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the outlet team in a Muslim-friendly F&B environment in Singapore. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on service excellence.

You will manage staff scheduling, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborate with kitchen and management to drive promotions and events. Weekend and public holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in halal/Muslim-friendly F&B establishments is an advantage.
