Job summary

FASSLER GOURMET PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on F&B Production Assistant Manager to oversee daily production operations and planning in Singapore. You will own production scheduling, inventory control, PAR level management, SKU costing updates, and drive production efficiency while coordinating with Procurement, Sales and Operations to meet cost and quality targets.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to plan and work under pressure

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in food manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety practices preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead production planning based on sales, inventory, capacity and PAR targets.
Monitor inventory to optimise stock levels and minimise wastage.
Maintain and update SKU costings based on procurement changes and monitor margins.
Coordinate production schedules, manpower and materials to meet orders and delivery requirements.
Monitor yields, variances and costs and identify efficiency and profitability opportunities.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and production standards.
Maintain accurate production, inventory and costing records and provide regular reports to management.
