Job summary

Hersing Culinary Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for daily operations in Singapore. You will build relationships with local and overseas suppliers, negotiate pricing, and monitor performance to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

In this role, you’ll forecast purchasing needs, manage inventory levels with warehouse teams, and support procurement for new outlets and renovation projects.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in F&B.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delivery.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Forecast purchasing needs based on inventory and operational trends.
• Monitor stock levels to minimise shortages and wastage.
• Work closely with warehouse and outlet teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support inventory optimisation and process improvement initiatives.

New Outlet & Project Support

• Support procurement for new outlet openings and renovation projects.
• Coordinate delivery timelines for equipment, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Ensure smooth setup and operational readiness before launch.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Project teams.
• Support sourcing for new menu items and seasonal promotions.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation.
