Job summary

PSGourmet Pte Ltd is seeking a guest-focused supervisor to maintain and enhance guest experiences through coaching and mentoring a service team. You will organize service delivery, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting the Manager to run smooth shifts, handling guest queries, managing POS cash, training crew, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and maintaining equipment and station schedules with timely feedback and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE “N” Level and above.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Great personality and service oriented.
• Hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly energized environment.
• 5 days’ work week; rotating shift including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and productive shift.
• Assist the Manager in handling guests queries and feedbacks.
• Responsible for cash management of the POS.
• Train, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of service crews in delivery of guest experience.
• Ensure prompt, efficient, friendly and accurate service.
• Lead by example and provide timely feedback on opportunities.
• Promote teamwork to achieve goals.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain equipment and stations’ maintenance schedule.
• Delegate and/or perform assigned tasks efficiently and timely.
• Follow Company policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings as requested.
• Accept additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
