Job summary

PSGOURMET GASTRONOMY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Management Executive to lead cafe operations, drive service quality, and improve turnover and profitability through proactive leadership.

You will oversee service standards, train staff, monitor POS and cash handling, and ensure safety and hygiene in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
• Energetic, good team player and service oriented.
• Great leadership potential with solid analytical, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, resourceful and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly and accurate service to all guests.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering high service levels and engaging guests to meet expectations.
• Assist in station preparation and ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Handle guest queries and feedback.
• Lead by example and promote teamwork to achieve targets.
• Delegate responsibilities to the service team to ensure excellent service is achieved.
• Monitor and maintain the POS system and cash handling procedures.
• Perform administrative and back-end duties for smooth restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and procedures.
