Job summary

Furama RiverFront, Singapore invites applications for an F&B Executive to join the hotel’s restaurant operations team. The role focuses on delivering courteous, efficient service while upholding hotel standards, managing mise-en-place, and supporting reception of guests with reservations.

The successful candidate will ensure service stations are stocked, assist with order taking, promote F&B offerings, and maintain cleanliness and safety across service areas in accordance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge in Restaurant Operations and Food & Beverage Services in hotels.
• Dynamic, outgoing and pleasant personality.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and people management skills to lead a dynamic service team.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to commit to shift work, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager to enforce all pre-check and check control procedures.
• Ensure mise-en-place and side stations are set up before shifts.
• Maintain properly stocked service stations with glassware, cutlery, chinaware, and guest supplies; replenish as needed.
• Assist guests with order taking and promote restaurant offerings.
• Provide excellent service in line with hotel SOPs.
• Accept reservations and accommodate guests' requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and work safety in food prep and service areas.
• Comply with hotel rules, regulations and policies.
• Be familiar with hotel's emergency procedures.

Furama RiverFront, Singapore is looking for a committed F&B Executive to join our F&B team that responsible for the operation in the Restaurants and ensure that service provided to guests is courteous and efficient and up to the required standard. The key responsibilities will includes:

• Assist the Manager to enforce all pre-check and check control procedures.
• Ensure that mis-en place/side station is all properly set-up before the shift commences.
• Check that the service stations are properly stocked with adequate glassware, cutlery, chinaware and guest supplies at all times and ensure replenishment whenever necessary.
• Assists guests with order taking and promotes the restaurant food and beverage offerings.
• Provides excellent service at all times to all of our guests based on established hotel standard operating procedures.
• Accept reservations according to guests’ requests and ensure that their requirements are met.
• Ensures cleanliness and work safety in food preparation and service areas.
• Comply with all the rules, regulations and policies established by the Hotel.
• Be fully familiar with the emergency procedures of the Hotel.
