Job summary

Symrise AG in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive for SEA and export markets to drive end-to-end order delivery, coordinating with production and logistics and ensuring accurate documentation such as Letters of Credit.

You will handle inquiries, log complaints, and coordinate returns or recalls, while supporting a quality-focused, customer-oriented team with strong Excel and SAP SD/O2C skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years' experience in Customer Service handling order fulfilment.
• Good command of English to communicate with internal & external stakeholders including global key accounts.
• Responsible, responsive and committed with good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented, team player approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with good learning agility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good working experience in SAP particularly SD/O2C modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfilment & processing.
• Act as the key contact for customers on order management, responding promptly to phone calls and queries.
• Enter and validate customer orders.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure production and dispatch meet customers' requested delivery dates.
• Track orders by issuing order confirmations, keeping customers informed of order status and responding promptly to changes in customer instructions.
• Handle Letters of Credit and related customer documentation.
• Log customer complaints in Q-Notification (Complaint System) and support the Complaints Team by obtaining samples, storage conditions and end application details to aid investigation.
• Coordinate goods return and product recalls where required.
