Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will manage due diligence records, ensure compliance with GST, import/export, NEA licenses, and work with the finance team to secure timely payments, with 13th month pay and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• 2–5 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge in SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good at mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders.
• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
• Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.
• Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.
• Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.
• Any other assigned duties by supervisor.
