Job summary

SIKA (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Export Customer Service professional to manage third-party export and inter-company orders. You will ensure accurate documentation, coordinate with forwarders and sales teams, and support timely global deliveries.

The role requires 2–5 years in sea freight forwarding or export customer service, strong Incoterms knowledge, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years experience in sea freight forwarding or export customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and bill of lading surrenders.
• Proficient SAP and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process third party export and inter-company orders and coordinate with customers, forwarders, sales and supply chain.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Review shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
