BWY Wilmar PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Executive to handle inquiries, process orders, quotations and post-delivery support as the primary contact for local customers.

You’ll work with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure accurate pricing, on-time deliveries and thorough documentation, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

2–4 years in customer service or order processing are preferred, with Excel and SAP experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in customer service, order processing or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills; good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for Singapore-based customers via email, phone and WhatsApp.
• Process and manage customer orders, including bulk orders and scheduled deliveries.
• Handle inquiries on products, pricing, stock, lead times and deliveries.
• Ensure order accuracy, pricing consistency and proper documentation.
• Manage quotations based on approved pricing and guidance from Sales/Commercial teams.
• Handle post-delivery issues including exchanges, returns, claims and complaints.
• Provide documents such as Halal Certificates, Product Specifications, COA and supporting docs on request.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with timely updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
