Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related function, with more than 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to manage complex issues independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day activities of customer order management including inputs for continuous improvement initiatives
• Display a customer-centric attitude and proactively maintain strong customer relationships
• Demonstrate self-sufficiency through utilizing various support systems/tools to research and resolve complex customer cases/issues
• Ensure clean and accurate data management and analysis
• Demand review (3mth scope)/planning - Customer input, priority lists, increase forecast ability
