• Handle customer feedback or complaints calmly and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
• Support kitchen or bar team when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Comply with company SOPs and service guidelines.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Be flexible to assist in different service areas when required.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service
