DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide excellent F&B service to guests
• To take orders, serve guests and clear tables
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Ensure the outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Manage outlet inventory level
• Rotation to other F&B outlets when necessary
• Any other duties as assigned by Superiors

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Relevant experience in the F&B industry

• Able operate a Point of Sales (POS) machine
• Passionate, cheerful and positive, service oriented and an excellent team player
• Enjoy interaction with customers, able to communicate effectively in basic English and good interpersonal skills
