Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring an experienced F&B Captain to support daily restaurant operations at Marina Bay Sands. The role focuses on leading service teams, maintaining high standards, and delivering a premium dining experience.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service skills and the confidence to lead by example. This permanent position offers a competitive monthly salary and a sign-on bonus eligibility based on recruitment terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service, preferably in restaurants, hotels or hospitality establishments.
• Experience guiding junior service staff or coordinating service operations is advantageous.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned service sections during daily restaurant operations
• Guide and support Service Attendants to maintain service standards
• Welcome guests and ensure an enjoyable dining experience
• Coordinate food and beverage service with kitchen and service teams
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery professionally
• Assist with staff deployment and daily operational preparations
• Ensure tables, service stations and dining areas are properly maintained
• Support supervisors and managers in maintaining operational efficiency
