Job summary

Penanshin Shipping Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics assistant to support daily operations, prepare load plans, update exports, coordinate shipments with the warehouse, and communicate with customers.

The role involves data entry, invoicing, and general admin tasks. Candidates with O/A levels or a related diploma in logistics or administration are welcome, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Possess O level, A Level, ITE or Diploma in the relevant discipline (Logistics/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration Management, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, or equivalent).
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• Positive working attitude.
• Interested in data entry and doing documentation.
• Proficient in PC applications (MS Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Preparing load plan for daily operations.
• Update load plan and confirm container with export consolidation.
• Troubleshooting with cargo disputes and planning of Export Consol.
• Work with warehouse to co-ordinate shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Work with customers on fulfilling requirements and problem resolution.
• Creating and sending invoices to customers.
• Coordinating with various functions as required.
• Answering phone calls.
• Admin & clerical works
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
