Job summary

Penanshin Shipping Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented admin/logistics assistant in Singapore to support daily export operations. You will prepare load plans, update export consolidations, and coordinate with warehouse and customers to ensure timely shipments.

The role requires basic data entry, MS Word/Excel skills, and a positive attitude. Training and career development are offered, with work-life balance and occasional Saturday off upon confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare load plans for daily operations.
• Update load plan and confirm containers for export consolidation.
• Troubleshoot cargo disputes and plan export consolidations.
• Coordinate with warehouse to schedule shipments and update customers.
• Assist customers to fulfill requirements and resolve problems.
• Create and send invoices to customers.
• Coordinate with other functions as needed.
• Answer phone calls and perform admin and clerical tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Preparing load plan for daily operations.
• Update load plan and confirm container with export consolidation.
• Troubleshooting with cargo dispute and planning of Export Consol.
• Work with warehouse to co-ordinate shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Work with customers on fulfilling requirement and problem resolution.

Job Requirements

• Possess "O" level, "A" Level, ITE, Diploma in the relevant discipline, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration Management, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, or equivalent are all welcome to apply
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• Positive working attitude.
• Interested in data entry and doing documentation.
• Proficient in PC application (MS Word, Excel).
