Job summary

Qualifications

• Export experience in direct shipper role preferred.
• Hands-on ability to manage shipping documentation.
• Diploma/degree in supply chain or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export shipments and documentation, while supporting occasional import shipments as required.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices and certificates, and coordinate with external declaring agents on TradeNet permit applications.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and SFA regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Liaise with Production, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Resolve shipment, customs clearance and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and support logistics reporting.
