Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Bedok, Singapore is seeking an IMPEX specialist to manage end-to-end export shipments and occasional imports. You will prepare shipping documents, invoices, and certificates, and coordinate with declaring agents to obtain TradeNet permits.

The role requires 3–5 years IMPEX experience in a direct shipper environment, good knowledge of Singapore Customs, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. Independent, fast-paced work mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export shipments and documentation, while supporting occasional import shipments as required.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices and certificates, and coordinate with external declaring agents on TradeNet permit applications.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and SFA regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Liaise with Production, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Resolve shipment, customs clearance and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and support logistics reporting.

***Export experience in Direct Shipper (Not forwarder or 3PL) is highly preferred. Some import experience is good to have but EXPORT is a must as company does mostly export.
***Able to handle full set of shipping documents (Hands-on Training will also be provided in adapt to this role)
***Meticulous to ensure bookings are done accurately and precise

Location: Bedok
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:00am–6:00pm | Fri: 8:00am–5:00pm
