Job summary

NPLUSC is seeking an experienced Client & Project Manager to lead events, activations, and experiential campaigns in Singapore. You will manage client relationships, align teams, and steer projects from concept through execution.

Role requires hands-on event management, proposal development, and strong budgeting and vendor coordination. You will coordinate timelines, run sheets, and post-event evaluations, with occasional evenings/weekends as schedules demand.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in events, activations, experiential marketing, agency account management, or related fields.
• Proven hands-on experience managing events and campaigns from concept through execution.
• Confident in developing event proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
• Confident in managing budgets, vendors, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
• A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven mindset.
• Passion for events, brand experiences, and experiential marketing.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends depending on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects independently, while supporting the Project leads on larger events and client accounts.
• Serve as a key client contact, building relationships and managing expectations throughout each assigned project.
• Prepare meeting agendas, lead team check-ins, assign responsibilities, and follow through on actions and deadlines.
• Keep leading project WIPs updated with progress, pending approvals, and issues that need attention.
• Prepare event timelines, operations schedules, and run sheets, coordinating logistics and production requirements.
• Source and negotiate with venues, suppliers, talent, and production partners, balancing quality and value.
• Lead on-site operations, troubleshooting issues and keeping delivery on track.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluations.
• Prepare client costings and manage budget changes and approvals.
• Manage supplier quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and project reconciliations.
• Support on event concepts, engagement ideas, proposals, and presentations for pitches and business development where needed.
