You will source venues and vendors, build run sheets, manage registrations, and ensure events stay on-brand and within objectives. Strong organization, calm under pressure and excellent communication are essential to create memorable attendee experiences.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Calm under pressure with adaptability to last-minute changes or unexpected challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Passionate about creating exceptional event experiences with attention to brand and audience engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact corporate events, client engagement sessions, and brand activations from concept to delivery.
• Source and manage relationships with venues, vendors, caterers, and AV teams within budget.
• Build run sheets, production timelines, and comprehensive checklists to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and client-facing teams to ensure events are on-brand and aligned with objectives.
• Manage event registrations, guest communications, and on-site coordination for a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot on-the-day challenges with a solutions-first mindset.
• Gather post-event feedback and produce debrief reports with actionable recommendations.
• Build relationships with industry partners to elevate event quality and unlock future opportunities.
