Job summary

Access Communications Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Event Manager to lead brand experiences for multiple clients, from brief to financial close, ensuring safety, budget adherence and brand standards.

You will coach the event team, manage timelines, vendors and permits, and collaborate with PR, creative, production and finance to deliver polished, high‑impact events across Singapore. Experience in Singapore events, strong budget ownership, and the ability to manage several projects at once

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in events, experiential marketing or brand activation, including 2+ years leading complex events at an agency
• Experience delivering events in Singapore, including launches, pop-ups and celebrity events
• Proven ownership of event budgets and experience managing several vendors on one project
• Knowledge of Singapore event approvals (SPF, SCDF, BCA, SFA, IMDA, CAAS, MOM)
• Strong event documentation, stakeholder management and show‑calling skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours around live events
• A diploma or degree in Events, Hospitality, Marketing or Communications (first aid/safety cert a plus)

Responsibilities

• Turn client briefs into event strategies with objectives and KPIs, leading proposals to contract award
• Run multiple projects simultaneously with timelines, budgets, risk registers and stakeholders
• Build event proposals covering timeline, venue, vendors, staffing and budget
• Lead venue selection, site visits, floorplans and audience flow
• Identify and secure permits, licences, insurance (entertainment, fire, temporary structures, liquor, music rights, drone, work passes)
• Manage vendors and production (fabrication, technical, branding, F&B, crew)
• Oversee run‑of‑show, rehearsals, show calling; manage celebrity, talent, VIP and media moments
• Collaborate with PR, creative, production and finance teams with clear handovers
• Be client‑facing: manage expectations, secure approvals and handle difficult conversations
• Lead readiness reviews and live event‑day operations with safety and crowd management
• Deliver post‑event reports, reconcile budgets and close margins
• Coach juniors and improve playbooks, templates and quality standards
