Job summary

SECOND TALENT SG PTE. LTD. is a Singapore-based experiential events agency that designs and delivers high-impact events for well-known brands, with work staged locally and internationally.

We are seeking an events professional to serve as a key client contact, plan and execute events end-to-end, and collaborate with the in-house design team to create concepts and layouts.

You will manage timelines, coordinate vendors, maintain relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced live-events environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management, production, operations, or account servicing.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail, especially under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship-builder with clients and vendors.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-events environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key client point of contact and manage project timelines from proposal through post-event wrap-up
• Plan and execute events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site delivery
• Conceptualise event themes and design event layouts alongside the in-house design team
• Craft overall programming for corporate events, thought leadership forums, and corporate hospitality events
• Manage your workload autonomously and take initiative on new ideas and improvements
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and vendors
